We put a lot of effort to ensure we run on time because we care about you, not just your teeth. We allow sufficient time for each appointment to provide quality treatment with no rushing. We don’t overbook, as we appreciate and respect your time. It is so rare that we run late that we put our money where your mouth is. What does that mean? That means we offer a Dental Delay Discount (DDD) as an on-time guarantee. On the rare occasion we are running late, you get a phone call or SMS notice in advance. If we don’t SMS or call you that we’re running behind, and your appointment is delayed by 15 minutes, we wipe 15% from your bill. If your appointment is delayed by 20 minutes, we wipe 20% off your bill – and so on.

A preferred provider is simply a practitioner or practice that has a contract with health insurers to provide their services at a rate dictated by its health fund.

We focus on providing only the highest quality of service and care. Our fees are a reflection of this quality. Our commitment to our patients is that we ensure we provide value for the fees charged.

Our responsibility is to look after you and give you the best most appropriate care for your individual needs. Therefore, we choose to have no contracts with any health insurers, which means we do not have any conflict of interest between our relationship with you, our loyal patients and a corporate third party or their shareholders.

All our staff members are trained to deal with stressful dental emergencies. We set aside a number of appointments each day to deal with urgent dental matters. If you’re in need of an appointment fast, give us a call. We’ll discuss the issue with you and fit you in as soon as possible.
